"Shmuel Torjman, the CEO of the state-owned company, will leave his position after 15 years and take over as the manager of the private power station IPM in Bar-Tovia, owned by Kistron (34.3%). In the first nine months of 2024, IPM's revenues were 514 million shekels, a 15% decrease from the same period in 2023.
