Slightly odd to notice that ABC News live on YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOTiJkg1voo - is being encoded in 720p, but being fed a decidedly SD output.
The quality directly from the ABC on, say, https://livenow.news/#abcnews is 720p or even higher. But, the ABC pays for that bandwidth; it doesn't pay for YouTube's bandwidth. So I wonder why it feeds YouTube such a poor quality picture?
