When regulators don’t understand what they regulate, we end-up with nonsensical rules being enforced such as for the #TravelRule (part of #MiCA).
Below is an example of a #crypto wallet that was sent a dust amount by a random wallet and is now being asked by #Coinbase to provide the Full Name of the sender… This is what I call being victim of RUGulation!
