NVK (nprofile…vu4p) won't respond. Only reposting views of people that agree with him. I'm not taking anyone's side here but a proper response would be much more enlightening to people buying your products looking to the CEO for a proper response to the issue. Maybe he's working on one as I make this note, but the current attitude of only reposting notes that agree with you and praise your product is not a good look in my book. Unprofessional really.
