Ooof this all does not sound good. I actually called at noon when it reset and told me it would be delivered by the end of the day. On the phone it said you last called about this package, are you calling about that again? And then it said it was still delayed, no delivery was scheduled, and they had no update. So i returned to the main menu said "customer representative" and got a real person who apologized for the long delay and opened an investigation.
