When our daughter was born, it was over 24hr from when my wife’s water broke and contractions started to when she gave birth.
If I complained about my lack of sleep during that time she’d be justified in kicking my ass out the door.
The author’s husband is completely justified in his concerns and she is incredibly selfish.
Honestly, fuck NPR for framing Covid avoidance as an anxiety.
