AMD requires the games to be redeemed on the machine that is running the new hardware and have a verification tool for that purpose. Thankfully, they have a Linux version of their tool which works great for Ryzen CPUs.
For Radeon GPUs, it's a bit more complex as you also need AMD GPU Pro drivers. If you have a spare SSD, I would recommended redeeming from an unactivated copy of Windows which you can get for free from Microsoft.
