I don’t think you can achieve anonymity online. You can try but there are only levels of grey.
Can understand why some people want some privacy from their partner or professional colleagues, and anonymity is a way to do that.
But I think that just creates a false mindset that you are anonymous when in reality it’s not difficult to trace and dox someone. Even someone who is determined to be anonymous can easily be tracked down to a high level of certainty (although nowhere near enough to convict in a court) by state actors or even cyber orgs.
The safest strategy is to be clean and to be seen.
