13. Do you like maps? If they feature in your work do you draw them by hand or use an application?
I love maps. The Amulet and the Dragon has one in the frontmatter. I gave away some life size, full color reproductions as a promotion (I have a few left — if you want one, sign up for my newsletter and let me know in an email).
I drew the original map by hand, then paid an artist to make it prettier for publication.
