It’s frustrating that emotional dysregulation isn’t part of “official” ADHD diagnostic criteria.

Not added in ICD-11 either.

If I could add criteria.

Emotional Dysregulation

* Low self-esteem
* Extreme/intense reaction to criticism or perceived criticism
* Low levels of self-assertiveness
* Rumination over minor errors
* Low levels of interoception
