I had some stale bread to use, so today’s lunch is #vegan Spanish garlic soup, aka sopa de ajo! Quick and easy, not to mention dirt cheap, but incredibly flavorful! I used silken tofu instead of the traditional egg, and added quite a bit of kala namak to amp up that eggy flavor… It was just perfect 😋
