"content": "Crosswinds are a freaking nightmare with them. In essence, you are adding about 15% surface area and lowering the passthrough for crosswinds. It's been said that wind caused blowovers have gone up quite a bit since they were introduced. I really don't know if there's an improvement to efficiency but...it's California, go figure...lol",
