Yes, that's already an improvement, but the only reliable form of voting is with money because money is the most precious tangible good, so parting with it is psychologically painful.
That is why only direct monetary transactions can even hope to build an unadulterated market price.
Everything else is an attempt to mimic the effect of money, but sats mean we don't have to bother with that, anymore. And we don't need any intermediaries, anymore. People can vote directly by opening their wallet.
