I feel the same as you, hence I start to take this topic extremely seriously. I learn and make more and more changes.
Eg: I decided to stop American Football for real, told my team. Too much risk in it for me close to 40 and interferes with calorie reduction/weight loss, etc.
The more you know on how you can biohack yourself, the more optimistic you will be about your aging body.
