the recipe calls for minced pork or saisage meat but I prefer and used ground beef. Onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and a touch of worcestershire sauce. Hard boiled eggs because I’m scared of salmonella and don’t like the yoke to run but many people prefer a softer yoke. Panko bread crumbs and fried in bacon tallow! Boil the egg, wrap in minced meat, flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs. Chefs kiss! If you want to go full carnivore, wrap them in bacon instead of the panko breadcrumbs! enjoy!
