I had to chuckle because I had the ultimate anxiety dream:
1. going to the dentist
2. missing the appointment time
3. needing the toilet
4. cannot find the toilet
5. having to walk right through the town to find the toilet
6. the toilets are unavailable
7. getting lost on trying to walk back to the dentist.

It was so vivid, the places, the people - I wonder how our minds can make up all that stuff, or draw from memories I suppose.
