This was in my Christian missionary days (ANOTHER LIFE 😳), and I thought it was my duty to make myself available for what anyone and everyone needed.
I was burnt-out and depressed & didn't know why.
Then I read Cloud & Townsend's BOUNDARIES and received the shock of my life.
Nearly 20 years on, I am still learning to rid myself of those old, harmful thought patterns. A struggle, but WORTH IT.
