How to increase prices
I'm considering to increase the prices of my indie SaaS product (Apitally (https://apitally.io)). So far I've kept them low and stable while adding tons of new features and value for new and existing customers. Today, someone gave me feedback that prices seem too low to be over that “will the product still be around in a year” thought. Point taken! I'm wondering, should I increase the prices for all existing customers, or only for new customers going forward? What has been your approach with price increases, and why? If you increased prices for existing customers, how many churned? View Poll (https://www.reddit.com/poll/1hhk639)
