I have long been curious about the House of Rothschild and read many books and articles written that mention them. They're a subject of great conspiracy and a major driving force in world history, yet the family has managed to mostly disappear from public scrutiny.
They gave rise to House Morgan now J.P. Morgan, The Vanderbilts, and many other large successors of capitalism. They have shaped modern financial markets, shaped currency structures, helped found the federal reserve, and have profited greatly from pretty much every war of the last 200 years (probably longer).
Your understanding of history cannot be complete without understanding who they are and how they have effected the world. This 1hr documentary is a great expose of capitalism, the game of war, modern markets, European history, the founding of America, and many other things you will see in a new light.
