So far what I have pieced together of the deal :
Phase one: exchange of civilians— all Israeli women, children or elderly and elderly & sick Palestinians in prisons (not sure if women and children too, conflicting reports)
Phase two: permanent ceasefire, more hostage/prisoner exchanges (they are all hostages)
Phase three: an end to the 17 year blockade of Gaza
