I know folks who have had _stalkers_, gotten AVOs etc etc - and who made sure these stalkers were blocked from any social media they used.

That protection looks well and truly gone over at the Bad Place.

This is not only terrible policy, it is very likely going to result in a hellishly big lawsuit and fine for the Bad Place.

It also means GET OFF THE BAD PLACE IMMEDIATELY if you've ever had stalkers.

Delete or private that account IMMEDIATELY. TODAY.
