I was a bit worried this morning when I could not see any activity in the airlock. Raising the fermentation temperature to 20°C seems to do the trick, right now I have a happy fermentation and some beautiful Kräusen. And if the scent of fresh plum cake coming from the fermenter is any indication, this is going to be a delicious beer. Seriously, the yeast notes and the aroma of dark fruit smells like it's coming directly from of my mother's oven! 😋
