Our organization is mostly volunteers who create content and do development/programming at below market rates for the cause of liberty. We have both identified and then presented original solutions to the problems of Mullvad. These ideas are not widely debated, because there is a low profit margin in doing so. The VPN companies, Big Tech, and government are all very interested in suppressing them. And it requires a high attention and tech interest to comprehend them.
We are going against the grain, to innovate and develop solutions. This particular audio podcast may indeed have been miss-marketed. However, the points are solid. If you're interested in hearing honest and true criticism of mainstream products, and then solutions and ideas for those problems, this is it.
However, if you are just going to be pessimistic, without any actual flaw in the ideas, unfortunately our organization does not have time to devote to helping you.
