Well...got an early start in today and have the two indoor rides in before 9:30...even had the chance to read a bit...it's still cold here at 29 degrees but it's supposed to get to around 40 by the afternoon so I can get an outdoor ride in a little later...still feeling pretty cold so I'm sitting here with the heating pad on as I do this...going to do another day of just soup for both meals so I can use it before it spoils but will make chicken thighs tomorrow...good morning!
