I don't think so, you have to farm for it. Which isn't difficult because of the shitty drops. The problem is you have to look at every single yellow item to see if its decent. Then sell it or destroy it. It just takes forever, and there's no guarantee that a higher level item is better either. I have got 68, 73, 75 and 80 level gear and I am now level 86. The drops are just horrible...
