Quite concerned that I'm seeing everywhere "these new weight loss drugs are a miracle cure", feels like we'll find out the real consequences in 20-30 years time.

It's also a sticking plaster: modern life is fucking up our gut biome, fucking up our endocrine system, and denying us physical activity. A weight loss injection doesn't address those causes.
