Got unbelievably bad service from Goldbelly (which ships food from various fancy places).
Tl;dr: ordered stuff. It arrived last week. (Expensive) item was missing. No number to call. Emailed. Today I get a reply asking for a photo of the missing item(?!). When I explain that that makes no sense, they give me a coupon good for a small fraction of the cost of the missing item but no refund or replacement offered.
Calling credit card company now.
