Commute run home from office. With my aging eyes, dodging the commuters (with heads down looking at smartphones) by zigzagging in the dark is more challenging than I‘d like!
It’s hard to get any rhythm on a rush hour urban run (in the dark), but it’s always a great way to star or end the day. I feel refreshed and ready to eat!
