well again man action and reaction is what I see here, you did something bad which was surely opportunistic she thought she should do something equally bad instead of considering that it isn't worth it and it only escalated

So it is better that it did end on a neutral stance than being in escalation but such behaviours which lead to the reaction obviously should be criticized
