The “luxury” of having a fully filled tub is far out-grossed by the germ-factor of said tub. Drain and scrub tub between guests, fill upon new arrival IMHO.
That said, I am no fan of hot tubs unless they are outside, it’s snowing, and (when I was still drinking alcohol) I had a full glass of wine/Scotch.
