I am seriously considering blocking ALL follows from mastodon.social for a while, because I've blocked/reported two or three porn spammers and two SEO/marketing spammer followers so far this morning and it's getting tedious.
About 80% of my new follows are currently from mastodon.social and about half of them are bots and spammers. DO NOT NEED.
