Usual homestead walking, shoveling, schlepping plus
20 minutes of kettlebell lower body exercises (Cossack squats, single leg deadlift 😫, sumo squats) and some work with bands. Plus of course 100 The_Beave (npub1q6y…t3sh)- inspired kb swings (42, 45, 13).
I have SO many hour-long workouts that I'd like to do, but 20 minutes with a kb I can fit into my life right now and I've been consistent this month thanks to hodlcuban (npub17nv…4u85)'s challenge 🙏
