New to Nostr! Trying to understand Zaps and why I am getting “error fetching lightning invoice” when test sending zaps to myself.

When trying to test send to myself, I get this error message when sending less than 100 sats. When sending 100 sats or more, it allows me to send a test transaction to myself. Does anyone know why I am not able to accept zaps under 100 sats?
