Idk what world you guys are living in, but I and many women struggle to even get help because we look happy on the outside and get lectured about being grateful, lectured about nutrition, etc in such a condescending way that you stop even admitting your thoughts and feelings because empathy is lacking.
Same thing with Men. Most Men don't seek help because of the shame.
