It has to be converted to dollars first

What I’m trying to say is that if my apartment complex was accepting sats for rent that would not be a good deal

For the renter

Because your rent would go up forever in fiat terms

Like if your landlord says you pay 3 million sats a month rent

Ok

Then bitcoin 10x’s

Your still paying 3 million sats a month

But in fiat terms your rent just went up 10x
