Singapore has charged property billionaire Ong Beng Seng with two counts related to obstruction of justice and abetment. Ong, the managing director of Hotel Properties Limited, was arrested in July as part of an investigation involving former Transport Minister S Iswaran. Iswaran was sentenced to 12 months in prison for receiving gifts and obstructing justice.
