To my mind, the first pivotal moment of the DNC was the Roll Call... because it BLEW POLITICS WIDE OPEN IN A WHOLE NEW WAY. It made it clear that ALL of us, ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE, teachers, grocery workers, builders, musicians, nurses, truckers, actors, chefs, baristas, farmers, famous or not, WE ALL LIVE WITHIN THIS SAME SYSTEM and it CAN and NEEDS TO work for ALL OF US!
We are ALL involved, whether we want to be or not, and everyone is WELCOME to play a part.
ROLL Call will never be the same. Politics will never be the same.
They can't.
We're moving forward.
We're not going back.
