npub1v9nf2z0chprc8thxyywt9llkv8yj5pkty37uthsku3ju8lad25ss2ggwfc (npub1v9n…gwfc) I actually see a personal trainer who has experience with hypermobility patients too - he’s cheaper than physical therapy and has been more helpful because I don’t need a prescription to work on whatever new part of my body is being stupid week to week.
All this to say - don’t give up, and don’t be afraid to try unconventional stuff (but also be totally willing to interrogate people because yeah, you can end up totally screwed up if the person doesn’t know what to do with hypermobility.)
