If western cattle have A1 then A1 is superior to A2 and I consider non-western cattle lesser (if A1 was good enough for proto-indo europeans 5,000 years ago, it's good enough for me).
But even if I was wrong and A2 was superior, it would be difficult to prove because the food industry really sticks their fingers in nutrition science. We still have the 'food pyramid' after all 😩
