I think it's a bit more complicated than "ivermectin cures cancer." But the body is a system with a limited amount of resources. When the system is damaged & not functioning properly then all sorts of generally harmless microbes, normally held at bay by naturally healthy defenses, will begin to attack. Ivermectin kills many of those things & fortifies basic cellular defenses so that the rest of the system is better able to respond to other wrongs & recover.
If a person continues to eat all sorts of sugar & chemical slop that does damage then maybe ivermectin will have almost no positive effect.
But extended fasting alone can put the body in a state that causes it to attack cancer in an effort to preserve all vital cells while consuming all non-vital cells for fuel. The body is actually very good at allocating scarce resources toward necessary organs & away from damaged cells.
