Also I don't really agree that frostr fixes this, but it is an improvement.
Let's just say, if you lose a key for your BITCOIN wallet, even if it were FROST based, I wouldn't rely on key rotation, I would create a new wallet and move funds.
The two are not the same. FROSTR requires that you can reliably DESTROY your remaining keys if any one is leaked. Otherwise, no amount of rotation can stop your account from being taken over if someone discovered 2 of your keys.
