It's wonderful saying fruit trees should be planted on streets for anyone to eat from, but the reality is the council has to deal with rotting fruit all over the pavement, not to mention dirty/damaged vehicles.

Put fruit trees in parks and community orchards. Put lots more trees on the highway, but make them appropriate species.
