If you’re sending your child to a normal state primary school, the teacher, not through any fault of his own, will have maybe two minutes a day to spend one-on-one with your child doing reading. Those families that spend 15 or 30 minutes a day reading one-on-one with their child — think about the advantage that they’ve got over your child,” she said.
