Sciatic nerve been giving me the business lately. Rolled my butt on the Rumble Roller while laying on the couch last night for about 4 hours. Turns out you need to be somewhat moderate with that as my ass cheek looks like a bag of purple and yellow golf balls today. And still sciatica! No relief. Just happy mistakes.
