So last month I vacuum-sealed half a head of cauliflower and forgot about it. Until today, when I opened my fridge and there at the back was an exploded fermented bag of mooshie white gunk and the most godawful stench you can imagine. The smell has permeated my whole house and my whole body. It feels like it’s in my MOUTH. Kill me now.
