More than one person has told me that they've been tasked with assessing how their companies might benefit from incorporating "AI," and if that's you, I think Facebook's "pivot to video" is a decent illustration of the sort of risk clients are taking on when they shift resources away from their traditional operations. "Pivot to video" worked out great for the company selling it, and devastated more than one of the companies that bought into their marketing.
