Joe Biden was an op in 2020, coming in last or close to it in his first several state primary races. Warren, Sanders, Harris, Buttigieg all performing better with voters up until one win in a conservative state. After that, Obama et al persuaded the others to drop out to stop Sanders, whose momentum and politics threatened business as usual.
I was relieved Biden beat Trump, but angry that the will of a diverse electorate was shoved aside by elites. I’m still angry.
