well..it was a fitful night of sleep and I think most of it was the pain I have in my neck and ribs keeping me from getting comfortable all night..need to get moving early to get a bike ride in before my dentist appointment at 8:30..has to get a lot lighter first...it felt good to get some work done on the house yesterday and I'm going to work on the back door frame today....it made me laugh when rain was forecast for today...10 days without it and today won't be different..good morning!
