I’ve written about this before, but it’s interesting how my wife moved largely to Bluesky and I moved to Mastodon when Twitter died. Aside from the “federated vs monolithic” aspect, there’s also the fact that she largely posts on her phone while I use my iPad, and Bluesky simply doesn’t have an iPad app I’ve found with the “pick up and use” simplicity of Ivory.

If anyone knows of one, let me know; I’d like to ideally keep up easily with both Mastodon and Bluesky. #ux #ivory #mastodon #bluesky
