I’ve Taken a New Path—and It Feels Incredible!
In 2023, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life: I left my 20-year teaching career.
What once brought me so much joy and purpose just didn’t feel the same anymore. I knew deep down I wasn’t serving my students—or myself—the way I wanted to.
At the same time, I found myself completely drawn to learning everything I could about perimenopause, menopause, and quantum biology.
Every morning as I got ready for work, I’d be listening to books, podcasts, or live chats, diving into why I had struggled so much to feel like myself after surgical menopause.
I researched in every spare moment—between teaching and raising my two kids—until one day, as I was sprawled out on the floor of my classroom during a morning meditation, it hit me:
I didn’t want to teach anymore. I wanted to coach.
I wanted to share what I’d learned with other women so they didn’t have to suffer through menopause the way I did. I felt this pull toward something bigger.
So, in 2022, I signed up for a life coaching certification program.
After long days at work, I spent my evenings learning the tools and techniques of coaching.
For me, coaching means partnering with clients to help them gain clarity on their goals, identify what’s holding them back, and create actionable steps to achieve meaningful transformation. It’s about providing support and tools to help them navigate life’s challenges and unlock their full potential. Along the way, I’ve also been educating women about hormone health and equipping them with lifestyle tools that bring balance, energy, and confidence back into their lives.
And now, here I am! 4 certifications later!
I’ve built a business helping women feel empowered and thrive during perimenopause and menopause.
If you or someone you know is navigating this season of life and feeling stuck, I’d love to connect.
